SHIPPING POLICY
How long will my order take to ship?
We try to fulfil orders as quickly as possible. Providing we have stock of your order delivery should typically take 5-7 business working days.
How much will it cost?
We have a flat rate of £7.50 for tapes and batteries and £12.50 for our SA-T Flyracks or Peli cases. For bespoke shipping quotes, just get in touch.
Do you ship outside of the UK?
Currently we do not ship out side of the UK, we are actively looking to change this though in the near future.
Can I collect my order?
Yes! Anyone is welcome to collect their order and come say hello at the warehouse. Please not that any collections need to be pre-arranged, DO NOT just turn up.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
In the unlikely scenario that you are not satisfied with your product(s) then you can return any item(s) in unused condition within 21 days from the purchase date.
We DO NOT cover the cost of return shipping in this instance.
Upon receipt of the unused and original condition item(s) a refund will be issued and typically take 3-5 business working days.
